A dress I have made for my daughter
As my daugher is expecting her first child, I have been asked to sew a few maternity clothes for her, which I gladly do. So here it is, the first dress, its a Agnes Maternity dress from Tilly and the Buttons, made in a cotton, elastan jersey, bought at Zannaz in Åstorp. They have a huges amount of jersey fabrics and a lot of different sewing machines.
When she tried it on she felt it hug her a little to much around the hips and the legs, otherwise it felt great.
I made a few adjustment to it, she has a round neck so I adjusted for it with 2 cm/3/4″, a forward shoulder adjustment with 2 cm/3/4″ and I lenghtened the sleeves with 6 cm/2 3/8″.
