As the birthday celebration had to move a week ahead, I got more time to finish two other items to go with the knitted west.
I made a Milano skirt with bib and a Ester and Ebbe t-shirt to match with, the Milano skirt is from Ikatee and the t-shirt is from Threads by Caroline.
The skirt pattern is super easy to follow and to sew, I made the extra invisible loop to keep both shoulder straps together. I made my own loop and machine embroidered my granddaughers name on the loop surrounded by two crowns.
The fabric I have used for the skirt is bought more then 10 years ago, it was meant for an other baby but I never got the time to do anything with it and now it have become a skirt for my granddaughter instead.
The fabric for Ester and Ebbe is bougth from Metermeter in Denmark and is a pontinell cotton jersey. It is a great fabric but not to much strech in it. The t-shirt was also a very straight forward make, clear instruction and exemplary clear images to all steps, if you are not sure how to do. A pattern I highly recommend, especially if you just have started to make clothes.
