I just love the patterns from Ikatee, this summery playsuit was really nice to make, great instruction, clear pictures to follow and overall a great pattern.
I chose to make it in a double gauz fabric bought from Emma One Sock a few years ago, it’s a taupe and white colour. I chose to have the taupe colour as the main colour and made the sleeve ruffles white, the ruffeles are hemmed as a rolled hem, made on my overlocker with white tread.
I made the size 6 months and might be a little to big for my grandchild as she is very petite. I used snaps instead of ordinary buttons and I used the small size, 8 mm.
